So, we can at least nail it for thematic inconsistency.

What's weird is it doesn't even forget that. Like, the plot is about that. The villain's arc is about finally getting a chance to be loved, and that part of it is actually really good.

I just hate how Woody seems to have reverted to weird jealousy, something he kinda got over all the way back in the first movie. Then there's the whole "fuck everyone I've known for years, forget the kid who owns me, fuck Andy's wish for me to be hers from now on, fuck all y'all, I'm gonna hang out with a lamp decoration and never be played with again"

Honestly, with movies like Frozen 2 and Toy Story 4, Disney really went through a "leave your family and friends behind" phase that I don't really like lol
