No one should aim for the head except some snipers. Good way to just outright miss unless your gun is literally against their head.

Center of mass. Still pretty fatal but if you aren't pinpoint still a good chance of tagging an arm or a lung/kidney or something.

If you are using a gun you are shooting to kill.

If the person goea down and lives great but lmao you aren't shooting the gun so it flies out of their hand or some shit.

Also a shot leg can easily kill. The leg has major Arteries that bleed out fast as fuck. Not to mention if moving good chance a leg shot brings you toppling down so a nice chance for some head trauma too.

I think police need to use less force on average and need better training but they aren't going to be fucking action heroes even with that. If the gun needs to come out they better not try to shoot someones hand or something that is stupid beyond belief.
