I mean main the story was about Thorfinn getting his revenge against Askeladd for killing his father. Now that revenge he's seeeking for is gone (basically taken away from him), he's basically lost because he lost his goal and reason for living. This arc explores exactly that.Granted, I full admit that it does take awhile before he comes up with a new goal, which is what I was hoping the anime would speed up, but the sound of it's staying true to the pacing of the manga lol.
