Drug legality is a gray area in that regards. Unless the state is providing 'hard' drugs to addicts, letting people freely and wantonly do hard drugs can lead to an increase in crime rates because people are trying to afford their next fix.

In theory, yes, you should be able to do the drugs you want, but without the proper resources to assist those who do that, you'll quickly affect other people's "bodily autonomy"
