Maniacs writeup and Scarlets follow-up have already covered her pretty well. I absolutely love how she is able to provide additional worldbuilding. The campaigns setting is enormous, and there are countless interesting stories that are worth telling, but arent necessarily meant to be played. One of my favorite eventual questions that I am dying to see resolved if/when things get back to "normal": What will come of her knowing Bruce Wayne is Batman? Its very juicy.
