The state's legislature? Suing them is a very involved process, one which is likely to go all the way to the federal Supreme Court, who can be expected to rule in whatever way provides the least possible protection for access to abortions (i.e. not in her favour) because they're the root of this whole mess. This is a problem that isn't going to go away until the SC justices responsible for it are dead. That's just how the US Supreme Court works and the consequence of such power resting in the hands of such evil people. --- This is my signature.
