Topic	4 cops arrest man for eating a sandwich.

He didn't get arrested for eating a sandwich, he got arrested for refusing to give his ID after he was confronted by a cop for not following the rules that are clearly displayed. And why did the cop want him to show his ID instead of just telling him "no eating on the platform" and moving on like literally everybody else would in that situation? What exactly makes showing an ID necessary for something as incredibly minor as this?
