The Turtles see Streets of Rages top 10 performance from a few years ago and do even better. But like SoR4, Turtles gets here with ZERO #1 votes! Much like Stray, Turtles ends up remaining a topic of discussion well after the initial burst of players. The actual game feels like a seamless followup to TMNT 4 Turtle in Time without making sacrifices.
