Yep, and majority of people aren't getting enough, while going well above their sodium limit in the U.S. at least. It sort of counteracts sodium's high blood pressure.

. 3500mg for the average man and 2600 for the average women for potassium. I don't even get near those levels. I don't know how anyone does. A banana has about 400mg.

Spinach, yam, avocados, some legumes, fish avocado, fish like salmon..
