Death comes for us all. I recall one of my first pets had died while I was at primary school. After coming home for the day everyone was distraught. One of our dogs had eaten my cat and nothing was left except the tail. My brother shot the dog. So I guess I lost two pets that day.

After our time together during the pandemic I feel very close with my current cat. Whenever he is sick I notice it immediately and am around to help him more than I was earlier in his life. Hes 15 now but still seems pretty healthy when he does eventually die I plan to mourn his death by travelling around the world for a year.
