They get away with charging full price because they know their fans and nintendo families will buy them. Meanwhile, those who hate Nintendo won't get those games even if they were half off or hell 80% off. So a drop in price isn't going to make someone who has no intention of getting a Nintendo to suddenly buy it, meanwhile those who like the Nintendo will just pay the MSRP amount and then some.
