Whereas for $59,200, you can get a 160 square foot luxury microhome. I'd say with some mass-production... you could easily get this down to the same price as those shacks.

Now this is what I was imagining by tiny home. Geez, at least give them three rooms; one a kitchen and one a bathroom and one the bed/desk room.
