Topic	Anyone get OCD anxiety/dwelling on death and intrusive thoughts during winter?

Have you ever seen someone about them? pojr posted... yeah i feel like i get more depressed over the winter. we both live in the state of NY, so the weather is notoriously bad. gray skies all the time, lots of snow. that will really get to you. those feelings you're having though seem kinda serious. hope there's nothing going on outside of the scientific stuff. Like I said I bought a therapy light and started using it.
