This was the result of a lawsuit Youtube tried to fight and lost, stating that Youtube videos aimed at children allowed children to see targeted ads and post in the comments and this broke the law. Youtube can't really "Budge" on this, it was imposed on them. They sure aren't happy about losing a ton of ad revenue. It is clearly Youtubes fault because they broke the law by allowing targeted ads for children below 13. --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
