Well they did kill off Vision so I guess they wanted to send them off as a couple together. And that wraps up everything with a neat little bow, they're not worried about this new kid opening up a portal when she's stressed or whatever and something comes out. The ending was a bit abrupt. The movie wasnt great but was initially far worse and did not test screen well They did massive reshoots plus pissed off the VFX artists by being awful to them irl Thats why the ending looks like that --- It all returns to nothing It just keeps tumbling down, tumbling down, tumbling down.
