So I guess according to SCOTUS, COVID is over enough that the admin absolutely can't have mask or vaccine requirements but still alive and well when it means they can be forced to target immigrants. I read through this. It seems the big concern is the large mass of migrants on the border still has no solution and border states are concerned it would just open a flood into them.
