Topic	I haven't slept in 4 nights again. Starting to hallucinate

Take care of yourself, shutdown your phone and electronics, lay in bed for hours with your eyes closed literally doing nothing until you fall asleep. I already do that. Awake the whole time, sorta drifting between half asleep and awake. But I never "wake up." I'm just awake the whole time, save for a few minutes here or there maybe. I'd say at the most I've slept 30 minutes or an hour each night. Not long enough to get any kind of rest. I see the clock hit every hour, trying desperately to sleep.
