Scum actually thought they were underpowered, particularly in the early game when I was getting a lot of complaints.

Town had a strong scanner + two masons (balancing in as two cop scans). They also had the only protection against arsonist (two vs zero for scum). It didn't help arsonist got popped immediately.

A 4 +1 here is patently unfair for scum. Town had a daykill and with arsonist, scum could be wiped by night 2. I could've done a 4 + 1, I suppose, but it involved some major reworking of the scum team. Balance is always 25-33% anti-town, and a scum team of 4 in 18 is just really rough unless I make them bonkers powered, in which case it becomes swingy. Which, I mean, can be fun but it can also be a headache.
