We're giving Ukraine weapons to defend itself, and have helped keep them afloat in this war as a result. Sorry, but we're not escalating that to offensive strike weaponry to hit Russia itself. Zelenskyy wants more, because why wouldn't he? Biden disagreeing with providing more doesn't mean we aren't steadfastly supporting Ukraine or that our relationship has become fractured.
