It's an open world survival game where zombies have taken over... With its only real "mechanic" that sets it apart is that you have a demon-possessed motorcycle. Keep in mind that the game isn't new and it came out just after the height of DayZ's popularity (which is almost certainly why its name contains "Day"...) so it basically came out just after its genre sailed off.
