Hand wash with gentle soap. Never put it in the dishwasher. I got a whetstone as well to keep it sharp but I plan to get all my knives professionally sharpened as well. I should have been doing that annually but havent. But I will now

Good knives last forever so its worth the price point.


Can't wait to invest in some good knives. All the knives at my in laws house are trash and old and not sharp.
