We weren't exclusive at all and had only made out. Then out of nowhere she calls me crying and tells me her brother died, so it kind of killed everything. We're still interested in each other but she's taking a break from dating because obviously it's a huge thing and it's super awkward since I don't really know her that well, so I don't know how to comfort her and just want to leave her alone so she can heal or whatever.
