Though I really don't think Harrison Ford would stick around. Mirren is a toss up. Seems like she has better shit to do too though.

For comparison I've been to premieres/special screening events that have had The Rock, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Simon Pegg, Brad Bird (who fell down the stairs in the theater lol) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and none of them stuck around to talk to anyone.

These were Sydney premieres mostly done for social media PR (my wife basically won all of these through radio contests lol) though so it might also depend on the context of the premiere. Maybe if there's a lot of cast and crew there it would be different too.
