| Doe 11/30/22 9:23:53 AM #2: | "Decisions" is a loaded word and is misunderstood when discussed as pop science. The hypothesis is just trying to rectify the 50/50 true uncertainty of quantum 'observations' (when a small particle interacts with anything else basically). Instead of there being a "collapse" of the wave function, the idea is it never collapses and just has branches.
