Topic	Anybody follow competitive pokemon? Why are 'hacked mons' looked down on?

He was really good, but he used to lose a lot of matches over the fact that his IVs were occasionally off, and sometimes he would use TMs rather than transfer moves because of how time-consuming it was. Great player, but missed some opportunities due to his choice to breed his pokemon. --- The n00b of MBH and CE - and proud of it!
