Topic	Anybody follow competitive pokemon? Why are 'hacked mons' looked down on?

In my opinion, the reason people look down upon hacked Pokemon is they need a reason to justify spending hundreds of hours breeding a Pokemon. There is no functional difference between a Pokemon bred with perfect IVs and a Pokemon hacked with perfect IVs.
