i actually had some shelf stable milk in a box that had expired and it came out really chunky (but tasted fine), i remember making a topic about it a while back

Unless it's brand new, in which case it definitely shouldn't have chunks, 10 days seems like a way too high lifespan for milk.

Was this milk given unnaturally long life by the darkside of the force?

I think we got it like... 4-5 days ago, and the expiration says Nov 16th
