Not great at alleviating symptoms though. It's available otc at Walmart, like $15 for 48 20mg pills iirc. If I've already had a pill, I'll drink some milk or eat some cheese. Cottage cheese works well for me as well, but I stopped buying it because it's so expensive. Pretty sure the specialist I saw mentioned that symptoms and triggers can be very specific to individuals, and what works for 1 person may not work well for you, so good luck I guess. --- So!
