Typically the idea is the longer/more that the people have suffered, the less anyone should go back to that place now(not learning from multiple takes in history that this is wrong, including some of humanity's most screwed up moments) However racism in all degrees is definitely something worthy of being just as worry of and understanding how things have happened.
