Some countries I'm sure are better cause they had a revolution once upon a time. Not positive but I'm thinking slavery woulda lasted a little longer had the civil war not happened if the south had just played politics they probably coulda kept it up longer then still probably woulda resorted to war once the eventually lost the political battle.
