It's when a privileged multimillionaire politician states in her presidential campaign that "the greatest victims of war are women ". Especially when she did not have to legally sign up for the nation's sexually discriminative Selective Service policy in order to vote or apply for educational assistance, nor would she have ever been forced to enlist during any war time conscription efforts while in her 20s... Quite an incompetently privileged statement for her to make indeed.
