Discovery Inc bought Warner and a bunch of other properties and were hell bent on changing them. HBO was successful, very much so, but discovery said that the demographic needs to become more mainstream American, older and whiter (literally). They want HBO to focus on kardashians-style unscripted content too then they gutted HBO max and took many existing shows off it for no reason. they took over CNN and decided it needed to become more mainstream American, which in this context meant more trump friendly and they immediately fired brian steltzer. now theyre killing off Cartoon Network too, because, how dare young people enjoy themselves? these are poor financial moves, with social engineering and ideology as motivations, not even money, just ideology. --- The Artist has a duty, to seduce the ear and delight the spirit.
