It doesn't, can't, and won't ever happen. This is coming from someone who is an outspoken proponent of prison reform. The kid doesn't deserve a second chance. I'll say it again. This child deserves to be imprisoned for the rest of his life. Not that anyone should feel sympathetic, but the criminal effectively ruined his life. Even if he were to get the best possible therapy, psychiatry and counseling, he's (rightfully so!) going to live the rest of his life known as a sex offender and abuser.
