Your post, highlighting his "jokiness" inside and outside of Mafia is fine, except then you chastise him for doing it as a first post. Why did you acknowledge that this is the type of person he is, in your opinion, and then attack him for being that person? Did you feel like making that joke post was indicative of Scumplay from BCT?
