This game is damn impossible But wtf at the end, after beating Shredder, Splinter says ~~"I can now transform back to my real form". And turns human. Wtf~~ Cartoon canon was that Splinter was Yoshi and not just his pet. In fact the end of season 1 had the prospect of changing him human as a pseudo-stake for the final battle. Which is funny because despite using a number of cartoon-exclusive characters and locations, the whole game kinda gave off Mirage Comics vibes with how gritty everything was.
