The dude sucks out loud statistically and he has absolutely nothing going on. Am I supposed to just off him? He is considered a powerful vassal for some reason... seems like an odd loose end. You can befriend him and do some other nice things so that he's not so angry anymore. I put who I want on the council unless its someone who I REALLY need to worry about.
