| FLAMING_EVIL_HOMER 11/01/22 11:45:40 AM #242: | Woke up 276.6 this morning. Not too bad of an increase after my roadtrip. Wasnt too strict with my eating windows and calorie restrictions. Also dodnt drink as much water because i didnt want to have to pee with all the driving. Probably gonna try and go without food till 5pm and eat as much as i can for an hour or two before i call it a day. --- I wash myself with a rag on stiiick ... Copied to Clipboard! |
