Topic	Been Intermittent Fasting for four days now....

Made my greek yogurt biscuits again because was craving biscuits and gravy, but new gravy i bought in a jar is trashhhhh. Ended meal with a pear and apple. Best part of the meal lol. Don't know why its so hard for me to eat more fruits.
