I am not sure, as I also did a 5 mike indoor walk, and I went to the mall for shoes. Right now my watch says 37,494. Nice! Walking is my favorite form of cardio, just that i dont have the time to do long distance walks. Im one of those people that would rather walk for an hour straight outside then try to run on a treadmill and get bored after 15-20 minutes. --- I wash myself with a rag on stiiick ...
