It's not Rumbling Hearts god tier, but not complete trash either. It suffers from usual harem bullshit oblviousness (God...dude...just make up your fucking mind already, you're 26). However, it seems to be less shit than that really stupid ass title would have led me to believe. It has its moments, and a decent message. I suppose the main character being indecisive and dense is a prerequisite to even get 12 episodes out of this.
