Each card corresponds to a different rule. Pull a 2, and you point at someone else to make them drink - 2 is You. Pull a 3, you have to take a drink - 3 is Me. 4 is Whores, meaning ladies drink, 6 is Dicks, meaning guys drink. Ace is waterfall, where everyone has to chug to the best of their abilities, and there's a slew of horseshit around one person starting and creating a chain or whatever but imo it's better if everyone just chugs hard.
It's called King of Beers because whenever you pull a king, you have to tip some of your drink into the central cup. And whoever pulls the fourth and final king has to drink whatever unholy concoction that has accrued over the course of the game.
Some people call it King's Cup, which makes more sense, but fuck that. It's king of beers.

I've played a game like that years ago but it wasn't called that. I can't even remember what it was called.
I was never big into drinking games.
