Is anyone else just absolute dogshit at Splat pvp? I feel like I'm constantly out-ranged and out-damaged by other players even if they're using worse weapons or the same weapon. Like it literally feels like they're cheating with half of the shootouts I get into. It's not like I was great in Splat 2, but at least I could ink and in relative peace and occasionally stealth splat since there were stages that didn't just let chargers murder you at any time in 80% of the stage.

At least Salmon Run is 24/7 now. I'm pretty good there as long as there isn't more than one useless weapon.

Tbh 80% of splatting someone is out maneuvering them. There are times where I feel like the spray rng is bullshit (been using the aerospray recently and oh man, that spread is awful at times) but as long as you can get close and around someone you should be getting kills consistently.

If you're going head to head with someone at a distance there are way too many factors that could result in a death that feels like bs.
