The list is probably shorter for the places where people do still wear masks (at least in the US).Generally speaking, it's probably no where. Masks make sense in hospitals, transit areas, or sitting in an audience, but otherwise people have just largely accepted that vaccines are widely available for those that want them, newer strains are less severe, and the health care system is capable of handling the few severe cases that still occur.
