It could mean that he's naturally immune. I am personally naturally immune from chicken pox. I got the shot 3 times while i was in the army before I asked them how many varicella shots I needed. Turns out you only need one. They kept giving it to me because I didn't have the antibodies in my system. Also my mom took me to a "chicken pox party" when I was a kid, and I was the only one who didn't catch it. --- Yes, I am aggressively handsome.
