I understand that, but stuff like calling the restaurant or trying to call the driver is a waste of energy because they arent gonna do anything. Better to order something else quick so you can get food quicker or go out and get something. Then report your missing items and get your refund through app.

And it really isnt a scam since people using them know how over priced the food is and aware of all the fees at checkout.
Where they go, i couldnt care less.
Im sure they have employees they have to pay who work the app and customer service or something too.

Some else mentioned this, I believe. But it could be a heat of the moment thing And may not know that they cant do anything about it And while you say to order something else, to them, that probably sounds like a bad idea since the whole problem is from trying to order something. Plus, it would suck if the same driver made the same stupid mistake again by accepting the next request, as well
