Topic	Been Intermittent Fasting for four days now....

Pasta seems so easy to overeat i try to stay away unless its a set portion. Especially mac and cheese or alfredo thats packed with calories from the cream and cheese. Haven't had chicken alfredo in a while.... might want some in the near future. There was some beef in the manicotti, and the sauce. I had 4. I burned a ton of calories this morning, so its all good.
