I'm specifically hating on Netflix actively holding off on simulcasting shows when they're being aired in other places through other means. If the only options to watch a show are "wait 3-4 months for Netflix to drop all of the episodes at once, miss the online discussions, and risk having the show spoiled for me before I even get the chance to watch it" or "pirate it" then you can bet your ass a lot of people are going to pirate it.
