IF is a stressor, and if you continue to stress yourself, you will adapt and begin to lose the benefits of fasting. I only fasted 3 days a week the first month, and toned down to 1-2 days. Havent heard too much of the people using IF a few days of the week. I came into this just liking the idea of the scheduling, not really the "science" of the fasting or whatever that really has minimal overall effect. So hopefully i should be good. Feel like the more i look into stuff, the more in the rabbit hole i go and the more rules i have to follow which i was really trying to avoid lol.
