| Naysaspace 09/07/22 7:54:07 PM #7: | some people ween, but from my experience cold turkey is the best, then if you are going crazy just use a nicotine gum or something. really, it's all willpower and mental toughness. first week was the hardest but after that it's really easy to not think about it. it's also really easy to fall back into it too, so thats where the discipline comes in this was for smoking btw, which i did years ago. no clue if vaping is different, i imagine it is a tad bit. ...
