Tangled: The Series: I have no idea how Tangled of all things got such a high-quality series. I know this is a different ballgame from those garbage 90s series they made after each movie, but someone here clearly actually cared about the material, cared about making a weird and unique animation style that keeps the spirit of the characters alive, and actually just cared in general. Completely inexplicable.

Invader Zim: It's ugly, but the ugliness at least serves a purpose. The character designs are off-putting, but again, it at least serves a purpose. It's pretty good.

Kill Six Billion Demons
Klaus (2019)
Red Dead Redemption

Clock Tower (1995)
Jem and the Holograms
Todd McFarlane's Spawn: I'm assuming you mean the animated series, because that's its name? It has this dark, vaguely film noir-esque style. I was actually shocked to learn that it's from the 1990s, this looks very similar to those direct-to-DVD DC films put out every few years.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Dual Links
Street Fighter VI
Black Dynamite: I have no idea what you could possibly expect me to say. Instead, I'll ask this: are the 1970s the ugliest decade, aesthetically? I don't think a single 1970s-specific aesthetic trend has survived.

Rayman Origins: The art is nice and everything, but ever since I was a kid, I've always considered Rayman to be the ultimate C-list character. Anyone who cares about video games knows him, and people who don't sort of recognize him, but he's never had that one killer game that everyone had to play.

As Told by Ginger: The ultimate 'ugly fake hand-drawn 90s' art style. It's actually appropriate for a middle school girl, because it has a vaguely doodle-like quality, but it's still super ugly. I remember the main character's friends being especially bad.

The Life & Times of Tim: This isn't as ugly as some of the other stuff this low, but the animation is so nonexistent. I could almost make this in clipstudio or something.
